"thought provoking"

Another in the series Footsteps books for 7 - 11 year olds, linked to the Travel With series for adults. This is the children's workbook. This activity book for children has page references for looking at the adult book, which is packed with illustrations & facts & would deepen the children's understanding of the personality portrayed. This activity book has black & white illustrations & a simple telling of William Booth's story, & on each facing page a fun activity such as a quiz & 'find the difference', but also thought provoking exercises which will test the understanding of the passage read. Written by teachers who also help in youth groups & know what will appeal to youngsters. Permission is given to copy the activity pages & associated text for use as class or group material.
