Description
Change is essential to the process of life—it is the evidence of life itself. At times, change can be exciting. But change can also be an unsettling and, at times, frightening experience that seems to threaten our security and sense of well-being. Through the Scriptures we can learn to accept the reality of change in the knowledge that we have an unchanging God whose purpose for us is perfect. From this perspective we can embrace change—even welcome it—knowing that ‘all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose’ (Romans 8:28).
