enthralling

The Syding Adventures' make a welcome return with Book Four of a series of seven. Mary Weeks Millard works her magic again with a book that will enthral eight-to-ten year old children. The chapters are short and the vocabulary will stretch, but not worry the readers! Amidst the excitement of the plot the author takes care to explain gospel truths. The story of the Good Shepherd who cares for his sheep crops up in several sections of the book and is excellently applied at the plot's climax. A Sunday school prize or stocking filler that will be appreciated. My copy is safely put away until my grandchildren are old enough to appreciate it!
